Check-in & checkout: Sleepover arrivals happen during our morning drop-off window so your pup can settle in with the group before evening routines. Afternoon and evening arrivals aren’t available.
Daily Schedule
Our boarders are on the same class schedule as our daycare pupils!
This schedule includes 10-hours of playtime and an additional hour for a restorative nap/lunchtime where the pupils can enjoy items from The Snack Cart.
Packing Food
Please bring food in a sealed, labeled container or Ziploc bag. Full-size bags over 5 lbs may incur a fee.
Special diets: confirm feeding instructions in your account, tell staff at drop-off, and bring enough food for the stay.
Items From Home
Feel free to bring a comfort item from home! We ask that you limit to one toy, blanket, and/or bedding.
Personal blankets or bedding must not exceed 36" x 50" (throw blanket size). Larger items may be refused or subject to a storage fee due to space limitations.
Sleepover +More
All Sleepover +More guests receive a bedtime tuck-in service and complimentary homemade bedtime treats made with peanut butter, pumpkin, and whole wheat flour.
If your pup has allergies, dietary restrictions, or you would prefer to provide a treat from home, please let us know before or at arrival.
Medication
If your pet takes medications, please update feeding and medication instructions in your booking account, notify staff at drop-off, and bring medications in original or clearly labeled containers.
We do not administer injections.
Vaccinations
Vaccination records must include due dates, be current, and be on file before arrival.
Required vaccinations help us keep our facility safe for all pets.
Services may be delayed, modified, or denied if updated records are not received before or at the time of your scheduled reservation.
Service Policies
Please ensure you are familiar with our current Service Agreement Policies, which are acknowledged at the time of booking and available anytime through your online booking account.
Arrival Windows
Arrival and dismissal windows are strictly enforced. Afternoon arrivals are not permitted. Late arrivals may be denied and/or charged a fee.

Dismissal Windows
Arrival and dismissal windows are strictly enforced. Afternoon departures incur a standard Recess daycare fee. Late departures may be denied and/or charged a fee.
