A few questions, answered
What happens to my existing package credits?
Every credit you've already purchased is honored at its original visit value. No credits expire and nothing on your account is being repriced.
Why are prices changing now?

Are there discounts for multi-dog families?
Yes—every category above (daycare, boarding, carpool, packages) has a multi-dog rate. Bring two and the second pup is always discounted; bring three and we'll work out a custom plan with you.
Can I lock in old pricing by buying a package now?
Packages purchased before [DATE] are billed at the current rate. After that, packages move to the updated pricing above. Credits, once purchased, never lose their value.
